Had fab location and rooms. The host met us and explained everything. We truly enjoyed its amazing and quiet location close to vietnam for 7weeks and Hoi ans old city centre and the beach.

It had a quiet setting right by old town of hoi a, a residential area on a river island and a garden surrounded by trees. The management and staff were very professional. Everything was amazing, we would recomand it.

Gorgeous accommodation with big rooms, balcony garden view, and clean bathrooms. Free use of bikes to explore the town. Amazing host who makes you feel very welcome and serves a great breakfast. Homely and welcoming atmosphere.

The location of this homestay is perfect, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. It is just a short bike ride away from the center of the ancient town area, allowing easy access to all the attractions. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring a great experience. the breakfast served at the restaurant is varied and delicious, providing a perfect start to the day.
One minor downside was the lack of transparent pricing for additional services, which caused some initial anxiety.

Quiet location, beautiful garden with drinks, large clean rooms, comfortable beds, wide breakfast menu. Attentive hosts, helpful with laundry, town advice, tours, airport pickup. HBO channel on TV, even during rain. Good spot for running, away from city center.

This place is everything a traveler wishes for. Calm, spacious, spotless clean. Everything is new and all amenities are working perfectly: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, stocked fridge. The breakfast is delicious, with great coffee and a variety of options. Free bikes are provided, and you can even use the kitchen if you're on a budget. Ni and her husband go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is in a peaceful, family neighborhood, just a short bike ride from the old quarter.
